I was thrilled to see a plurk from December Dollinger looking for a good home for a few Ozimal bunnies. These bunnies were an “oops” from her couple. I smiled so big when I saw the one was a lop. Express and I promised each other that would at this time have lopped eared bunnies as pets. Yup, no breeding. We plan to adopt those lops that people don’t want. ‘cember gave us our first. I named her Concertina after my favorite Tori Amos song.
The other smile today came from LAP. This pose brand has been in my pose stands since the dawn of my blogging career. Nothing made me more happy than to see Dove releasing new sets. This set called Bunney Collection I was released just moments ago. Not only is this for us bunney lovers but it is perfectly priced. Its half off for the first 24 hours.
Its time for me to head off to listen to another SL live musicians before celebrating the one year anniversary of being with Express.

When picking up the SL Daily Deals, I sometimes will explore the shop. Today’s deal is at Ingenue. This store is filled with gorgeous colors and stunning finds. Anything from gowns to comfy classics. Here’s the shocking part … I’m blogging the gown I purchased! I know, even tho those sweaters were calling my name, I’ll keep those for another day.
The new Belleza skin, Alyson, fit my mood today for this picture. Even the jewelry fit the scene. The necklace’s shadow is part of the necklace. Everything just fell together.

This outfit cam about from my recent shopping spree at AOHARU. Just like lots of others I went way overboard. It hard to resist all the stuff at such low prices! I don’t think I have seen this jacket before until the shopping trip. I instantly thought of the plaid pants and hot pink tee. All the other elements came into play. Its a shame I didn’t keep the close up of the hair barrettes and the 130+ prim chandelier earrings.

For the past few weeks I’ve been cleaning out my inventory. I don’t mean reorganizing or tossing a few things. I mean cleansing, a complete purge. My inventory typically weighs in at the 30k mark; it is now under 18k. Yup. 18,000!
Before you gasp, think about it. I’ve been inworld for 3 years. Nearly all that time, I’ve been blogging. I have a rule: If you don’t wear it in 6 months, toss it. This is why my inventory rarely sees over 30k items. I gave myself a challenge to really rid myself of things I haven’t seen or don’t care so much for that are from my past.
I did keep a few things like my CHAI skins and Last Call. Old ETD hairs are now history along with some of the other hairs, shoes and random objectives from my early days. So many wonderful advances have been made that there is really no reason to cling to full packs of these yesteryear products.
Since I will be celebrating my 3 years of blogging soon, it was fitting for this Now and Then challenge to actually show a picture from my first blog post versus my most recent post. The 2007 picture was more than likely from the days when I last saw my inventory at 18k and thought it was so much stuff!

Buying black clothing is such a downfall. Of course that leads into another bad habit dark photos. I enjoy both actually so really nothing to get too upset about, is it?
Here’s my little twist on the all black attire. From the crop jacket to the sheer cami, this outfit is going to be one of my favs.
Even the accessories, which aren’t quiet black, are welcomed additions. This is why I love the black look. Adding other colors can the change the look.

Tya sent over her latest release: Roxy Blade in white with color changing pompoms. One of her last releases, the roller skates, I think I lived in those for about a week or so. Just like those, these are just as fun. They come with a boot scripted with a skate walk (so damn cute). The color changing hud is cake too. Pick the color, then choose a light/dark range. Can’t get any easier than that!
I searched for the last few days between projects for an ice skating rink. Then it dawned on me. Edloe. Crap Mariner and Edloe’s residents have once again turned the sim into a fun winter scene. Don’t worry the fish are still biting.
