Posy Trudeau of Civvies and Miau Haus fame has a new venture – Homespun. Inspired by the Depression era of United States, most of her clothes have a very simple, old-fashioned feel but can easily be mixed in with a modern wardrobe.

Released just moments ago, MaCe, joins the quickly growing men’s skins line at Dutch Touch.

MaCe has three different face options: Basic, Eye Tattoo, and Goatee. This skin was released in three tone: Cream, Olive, and Cocoa.

Dutch Touch has a nice and easy approach to skin development. Not releasing the full line at once but rather a few tones or faces over time. Now the collection is four different skins all with several options.

Just like the women’s skins, this growing collection is well designed and highly acclaimed. Btw, Iki tells me there are new women skins in beta.

Earlier this week, Belleza welcomed a new skin, Thomas, to the men’s collection. The store is usually busy with people but since this release, there have been more people visiting.  I’m pretty happy to own a skin collection as its a perfect compliment to my shape.

With the launch came a group gift. For a small entrance fee, 250L, you can also own the Thomas skin.  The group gift was a hit … I can’t wait to see more men in this skin line. I, for sure, will use this skin collection in my upcoming posts. Very well done!

*review* Moonshine

The lovely Miss Shelly Toonie sent me some of her men’s classics and pulled me out of blogging retirement. I was having a so-so time looking for items that weren’t so tired. The hunt for everyday wear seems like such an effort for guys around the grid. Its either tees, we have enough to last a few pixelated lifetimes, to ripped jeans. Another odd discovery, our clothing is so rarely created on all the layers like women’s fashion. At Moonshine, Shelly’s store, the clothing is just the opposite. With the different layer options available, I gladly will mix and match these with her other items and ever those currently in my inventory.

Hi there. Its me, Ranger. Luna finally let me post something. She and Scarlet have been hogging the blogging spotlight lately.  With the Skin and Shape Fair starting on Saturday, I had to sneak in to blog my find from Manifest Shape.

Review - Shapes

I never change shape. My last shape was over a year old and long over due for a change. If you’re like me, check out Manifest Shapes. Here’s the the catch: its for guys only. Finally. Guys Only.

Manifest Shapes are limited in production. This isn’t one of those cookie-cutter shapes that everyone owns. When I found that out, I knew this was the shape I wanted. I want to be the one that stands out.

hmm … I do blog here. Well look at that.  Let me tell you alittle about tonight’s adventure. Express just had to drag me out for some shopping. I know it sounds odd but really he was all “Dude. Shop.” *sigh* Fine. I gave in. I could hear Luna laughing at me in the background. Anyway, first stop was Zaara’s for the awesomeness that is all things Zaara.  After teasing Berry, I picked up the fat pack of the new chinos for a mere $775.  The best part – they’re unisex so Luna can squeeze her big ol’ bottom in them too.

review266Since I only had on my pink panties from the last time I was at Zaara’s, I tossed on the chinos instantly. Before I can ask “Where to next, Boss”, Express had on the newness from .:StoRin:..  I was totally jealous until he reminded me that I also had a package waiting in my inventory. Yup, gotta love that pretty little girl, Annah!

She recently got into the whole Men’s clothing line … and I love her for it. The argyle sweater is called Leo and the third creation for .:StoRin:. Men. Now these won’t be out until tomorrow. I recommend stalking the store until they are released.

I’m off to watch over the chickens since Luna’s being lazy. At least I can read the ShopaholicFeed Network and wait for the votes to come in on The Throwdown.

Annah Whitfield, my beloved friend and owner of .:StoRin:., has started to design for the guys. She is starting out with some basics – a tee and a collared shirt. Both come in a wide range of colors and in all the layers. Yes, guys can have all the layers too … finally!

Express Zenovka and I were goofing off like usual and had this brainstorm to do a dual post. In our typical dork style, we decided to do dork style. We had a blast running all over for all the pieces. It was honestly fun having all those giggly moments and still have an adorable look at the end.

We both picked a muted color scheme and with minimal accessories.  I’m still shocked that two overly lovable outfits came from all of our fun and laughter.  Of course when deciding how to pose this post, the Snooky poses instantly came out, more specifically this “leap frog” one. Fun couple poses are so refreshing to see.

We have another couple post planned too.  I wonder if he would consider giving another guy’s opinion on this blog. Maybe I’ll ask him to write a portion of the upcoming post. Enough of my rambling, here are our style sheets.

Something different

If you wonder where I have been lately, I can tell you! I’ve been working in lots of new pretties, and having fun with friends! Specially, this one friend – Edduard Keng, that lately is sooo into fashion! He goes to my house and changes clothes every 3 minutes, so I can admire his collection! I get jeaulous often, ‘cuz he will have more stuff than I do, soon! Well, one of this nights I had the idea of making him pose with me – not that he cares – and I think it worked out really great! It was fun, and I hope we can do it more often! It is definitly something different than I am used to do here!

About the outfits, there’s nothing important to say besides that I try to keep up with his rhythm, trying to make our outfits combine! I have to say he has pretty good taste! My favourite outfit of all of his outfits is this one, with that Veschi sweatter over shoulders! It looks awesome! Really great job, and it works awesome with that Veschi polo! As for me, I am wearing the overblogged Maitreya Sculpted top, but that I needed to blog too, ‘cuz it’s really beautiful!

*Review* Dutch Touch – For the Guys!

Ahhh finally! I can shop at Dutch Touch! I see and hear all the chicas raving about Iki and her store.  Sure, she has had a small men’s line … and now added more items.  Here’s just a small sampling of the new items.

Basics are always hard to come by for us guys.  Not sure why designers don’t spend more time making solid quality tees and sweaters.  Iki totally got this one right.  With her jeans being a two-fer, they are a fantastic buy.  They come in ripped and standard… and, the kicker, they can be worn with or without the prim cuffs. Either way, the jeans look complete with the awesome shading and detailing.

For the tees and sweaters, in typical Dutch Touch style, they range in a wide variety of colors.  Also, they come on mostly all the layers.  I paired the tee and sweater together for the pics.  The tees come with prim cuffs and in two options, round or v-neck.

If you haven’t shopped at Dutch Touch, check ‘em out. Come back often too, I hear there are more and more items added for guys and girls.
