Hey all – I know you are overloaded with your new hair from the Truth sale. I know that you are getting the all color fat packs. As you unpack your eyes will bulge as the color names fill your inventory window. Surely you’ll think “how will I ever know what’s the color is brown, blacks, etc”. *review* Tiny Bird

Tiny Bird is all new again with brand new textures! If you haven’t seen this store in some time, check it out again. I’m sure you will be just as thrilled as I was to see the newness! I get a kick out of the naming of the fat packs — “Great Personality” — and even the packaging — the adorable nest and eggs symbolic of the hair packs. The eggs will break upon choosing the hair colors.

Just today there are three new hairs. Over at Willis’ blog you can see them all. I love her style! Enough of me yappin’, check out Tiny Bird!

New Truth Hair

I don’t think I’ve done a “just Truth hair” post. Sure, I use a ton of his hair on my blog and have talked about the hair in the posts but I don’t think it has ever been its own post.

Here’s the latest release for this week. Yup. I said week. Truth is one of those designers who releases hair weekly. I’m not talking one or two but more like 3 or 4 or more per week. This time is four!

Two weeks ago, there was a missed week… but when was the last missed week? I can’t  recall. The reason for the missed week was the launch of the new hair only sim and we were “rewarded” with several new colors.

I’ll let you in on a secret … I’m thinking of going red or brown in the upcoming months due to the new red and brown from Truth! These tones were just the push I needed to look at a new hair color. Now if only a skin creator *waves at a certain someone* would release the skin I”ve been living in, the hair color change would be complete!

Truth Hair & Exodi Skins

Its no surprise I’m a huge supporter of Exodi and Truth. Ryker Beck, owner of Exodi, and Truth Hawks, owner of Truth, have been cranking out new products recently and both are masters of their craft.

Exodi, formerly known as Genesis, has an owner that is continuously pushing her own limits. Her latest release, Sienna, has come great hype – deservedly so – it’s amazing. As I told Ryker, she should be so utterly proud of this release. Orignally known for jewelry, the Exodi brand is now also known for amazing skins and a growing collection of clothing and eyes.

Truth is currently in the process of revitalizing his hair line. On occasion, he also releases new clothing or shoes. Since he revamped his textures about a year ago, the store has been packed with shoppers with each release. Despite releasing multiple styles each week, every style is top-notch quality.

They both have developed so much in the last year and still have nowhere to go but up. It’s been such an honor to support them. Keep it up you two!

*Review* [Decoy]

Lots of goodness from [Decoy]! Annette Voight has been quite busy for the last few weeks. First was the long dress called Marisol. The dress comes in ten different colors all ranging from vivid neutrals to eye popping colors. The best part of the dress it comes with several options for the tank. Yes the tank is wearable if you aren’t in the mood for a full length skirt. This tank is offered in all sorts of layers including one on each of the pants and underpants layer. So layer away with all those other fabulous buys you have [Decoy].

To give an example and to show off more [Decoy], here’s a super quick look.  Using simple colors like white and yellow, I paired the white jeans (undies layer), white sweater (jacket layer), and white/yellow tank (shirt layer with the pants layer for that untucked look). This also shows not only how awesome the butt looks in the jeans that I have loved for so many months now but also all the colors match regardless of when they were created. Its a pet-peeve of mine. [Decoy]‘s colors rarely change, which for me, is a good thing. Whenever I bought something I know in a few months when I find something else to layer, it will certainly match!

Now if you aren’t a real fan of the long dress, the tank is available as a separate and in all the layers as I described before. There are more color options in the single tank as well.  The colors are unique and just as yummy.

The last of the clothing releases is the horizontal off the shoulder shirt.  Again, its available in all sorts of colors and in all the layers.  Off-the-shoulder shirts have been my latest craving.  It looks so sexy with the new hair.

I told you Annette has been busy … she even created several hairs.  The textures, just like her clothing, are simply amazing.  These three featured in this post are available at Hair Fair. Make It Your Own

This is what I so completely enjoy about SL fashion – it is what you make it. If you are all about bling, great just supply your friends and innocent bystanders with sunglasses.  For me about what I like, period. Its hard for me to do reviews for things I don’t particularly like or would wear. I was on an organization kick for the last day or so and found tons of great things.

Several things get “lost” in my inventory. Its not that I’m not organized, its just that I forget that I have them. First is the shoes from HUB. Not only do I have them in Chocolate (shown) but also in black. Who knew! Then it was the vest from Sn@tch. I can remember buying it a few months back. I dont think I even worn it and I have it all the colors!

What really made me blog this was the hair and backpack – both new releases. The backpack went so well with the capri courdory – love the texture clash and the color pairing. The “Kick Me” sign is the bestest part!

The hair is one of the two new releases today from Exile. Gotta love long hair that’s not overly flexy that it falls into your body. This is a great style for the upcoming season.

*Review* /artilleri/

Earlier today, Antonia Marat of /artilleri/ released several new things *and* showed off the redesigned diner (aka her store). I am really lovin’ the new layout of the store. Its a much better showcase for everything /artilleri/ has to offer! Even a fresh look for the ads/vendors.

For the new releases, its the first in many months. Its like she didn’t skip a beat.  I’m not a fan of non-prim items but it was hard to resist the pencil skirts and highwaisted capris. Antonia really showed her awesome talent with these new releases. The textures are well detailed and the colors pop!

After all this time shopping at /artilleri/ I still like browsing the old and new.  Even digging in my own inventory, its nice to see old favs and of course getting excited again for those random pieces that I forgot about! Get out your favs and mix ‘em with the new – tons of good stuff to come!!

*Review* -azul- JS

Mami Jewell, owner of -azul-, just released a stunnign gown that can be summed up in one word – va-va-voom! Ok well maybe that’s three, but still wow!!  I’m not a real reviewer of gowns but when something catches my eye, it needs to be shown.

This gown, named JS, speaks for itself (and some!). It comes in beautiful eight tones and boasts of amazing texturing.  Very minimal prims for the skirt and no adjustments needed, at least for me. Head on over to -azul- if you haven’t done so recently.  Check out this gown and all the other great finds at -azul-! Please don’t blame me if you go broke while there… the dresses are really just that good!

*Review* :: DUTCH TOUCH ::

:: DUTCH TOUCH :: has a ton of new products.  Iki has been way busy creating complete outfits to hair.  Seriously she is just getting warmed up! With the store’s new look, she has been hard at work revamping and still keeping true to her urban style.  I really have been a fan of these comfy classics with a raw, urban feel.  Still after all this time of knowing the product, I am still blown away with the amount of layers and the versitility.  Trek on over to DT to see all the styles and colors.

*Review* Magika & SLink

Here are a few of my favorite designers: Magika and SLink.  First, let’s check out the striped long shirt from Magika.  This is yet another growing trend, the long shirt.  Niennra Kitsune’s eye for detail is showing through on this design.  I love the running line of buttons from the collar to the shirts hem.  It helps highlight the muted stripes.  I paired it with some leggings I had in inventory and those cute wedgies from Ki2. What really makes the outfit is the casual tied back hair from SLink.  Siddean Munro, owner of SLink, just released this hair.  I decided to show it off in the expresso color.  Way too cute!
