Collabor88 opens tomorrow! The eighth of every month brings new surprises and several must-haves at fantastic prices. One of this month’s hot items is from Isla Gealach of Cheeky Pea.

The mesh hammock is loaded with animations for singles and couples. Yes, animations! The single animations are sweet but for me this couples animation was the dearest.

Tutorial: Fitting Mesh

The past few days I’ve been tweaking my shape to get it to fit a particular tank top from Jane. After awhile I did give up and trashed it. Lesson learned: Demo mesh prior to buying! But the story doesn’t end there.

I shared my frustration with Zyrra Falcone since now one of the newest releases from ColdLogic doesn’t fit me either. These two brands always have had fit me so well and never needed to try a demo. So what changed?! She and I looked at my shape and found the answer after a few minutes.

Us

Its been a little while since I’ve had Mr. Express Jubilee Zenovka in a blog post. This one was special. We both love the mesh ears from Aitui. I’m thrilled to have Express appear but also there are new mesh elf ears in the store too.

I loaded up all my plug art sets from prior ear huds and snagged a new wooden set. Super easy to load in new plug art and tint the ear skin. Express already had the same wooden plug art set. Without realizing it we both choose the same plug art but he changed it for the photo.

March Mesh Madness 2012

Most of you have probably heard of the creative genius that is Damien Fate. While I still remember him best for Locos Pocos, He’s also created all sorts of the 3D content ranging from sculpt kits and mesh templates to a handful of LL’s default avatars.

You’ve also probably heard of mesh. I like mesh, very very much. So I was really excited to see Damien’s latest venture, coldLogic, a collaboration with the awesome designers Janie Marlowe and Zyrra Falcone.

So I was even more excited when he announced the March Mesh Madness, a two week event that is all about Mesh at FATEisland. There’s a lot of awesome designers signed up and I can’t wait to see what they’ll create for March 1st!

Since one of the first mesh hair releases from Wasabi Hair, I’ve kept a close watch on this brand. So much mesh hair goodness. I really didn’t think I would enjoy mesh as much has I have!

This hair is reminiscent to the beloved ETD Chel hair from yesteryear. Its a welcomed update with a twist!

Love me some Luna

I can’t put into words how honestly excited I was when Tya told me she wanted to make shoes named after me. It was so damn hard to not think about it and then keep it quiet at the same time. Her IMs and the photos of the shoes in process were killing me with anticipation. Finally I get to show them off!

Pixel Mode Kasi

Newly released at one my go-to shoe designers, Pixel Mode. Tya has been non-stop gushing about mesh and her excitement for this new feature. I’ve blogged mesh items before but I believe this is my first time showing mesh boots.

The boots aren’t rigged so you CAN resize them via menu. Just click the boot and you’re just a few clicks away from the perfectly fitted boot. With purchase, you can change the sole color using a HUD. Plenty of boot colors and two material types, Latex and Pearl (shown).

This brand is for sure one of those to watch … I’m telling you Tya is just getting warmed up with mesh.

Mesh Gown: Rebel Hope

I was thrilled to see my favorite to-go gown designer release a gown in Mesh! Rebel Hope will have more gowns in this lovely new medium (or so I hope!). Like I mentioned in my first post about Mesh clothing, I was waiting for a Mesh gown – well my wait is over!

I’m not sure if I did the gown its full deserved justice. So be sure to check out two of my favorite bloggers: Zoe Demar and Angie Mornington. Zoe offers a few great tips about Mesh and the gown itself. While Angie provides a terrific review and outlines the options.

The best thing about Mesh, in my opinion, most designers are giving free demos. Mesh demos are key since we are different shaped but also we get to experience the item ourselves. Rebel shares Fabria’s demos on The Marketplace. If you skip the demo and dive right in, here is the fat pack of all eight colors. Aren’t those colors stunning?!

Be sure to keep an eye on Rebel Hope if you’re Mesh crazed (like me). I’ve even added a Mesh category to my blog’s side bar.
