*Review* Kunglers

I’m so proud to be one of the bloggers who get to share all the great new products that come from Kunglers each week.  AvaGardner and Barbra Kungler are always designing something new and completely different each and every week.  Their store is packed with a ton of great finds that range from casuals to couture. Each outfit is typically packed with accessories or jewelry. Its amazing for the price!

Also, they recently started a Flickr group: Kunglers Designs. There you can add your own pics of the Kungler designs you own or browse a ton of great pics (and mine). I so enjoy supporting this dynamic design team.

Flickr Contest

I head over to Flickr to check on comments and whatnot, I see “one new flickr mail”. Eh, it probably someone looking to be ‘friends’. I don’t look instead I go thuo my comments and contacts’ pics … whatever, super casually just browsing. Finally, I check the mail. Not sure who or what or whatever …. then it smacks me!

Me in Pictures

My Flickr has been flooded with these mosaic thingies.  Yesterday I saw one, completed mine and today a few more people shared theirs.  The pics are great but the best part is seeing how each of the mosaics tells of one’s story.

I find it interesting that even though my answers weren’t far fetched, the pictures turned out to be pretty unique.  The picture tiles tell of my life’s joys – wine, music, baking, pugs, old homes, books … and funny I didn’t put any of that in the answers.

Form Fitting

I really don’t have plans for this blog … very similar to the old format (if you can call that a “format”).  Since the change of blogs, I’ve got this goofy creative streak.  There are a few unseen outfits in my arsenal of pics … so who knows how long this landslide of posts will continue. This morning’s flickr pic is still … well … lets just say not I’m a big fan of it. Check out my flickr. anywhoo …

Yay Me!

SL won’t let me back in … so I resorted to Twitter, Yahoo and Skype … and amazingly all at the same time while keeping up with offlines in email.
Yeah it sucks not being in-world with everyone else … I was able to catch up on emails, behind-the-scenes blogging, and beating a friend at literacy!
While on yahoo, someone sent me this link.
Kinda made my night … its nice to see my stuff getting recognized. *grin* Not only do I love this outfit but its great marketing for my Flickr account and me and Pheobe’s baby, SLFashionality.

Yay me!

Me Update

I took a small break in blogging … yeah … like 2 weeks. I just couldn’t stay away but really that writing wasn’t me. It somehow lost its spunk … eh. At any rate … I’m back and ready to ramble!
Lots happened since I last wrote an update – so best place to start is at the beginning … or where-ever that would be … right?
I moved sims. Yes I’m still on the beach and with stunning sunsets but not the corner. Lately I have been moving often. I had some serious issues with knuckle headed neighbors at my last place. Why do people not understand security orbs? I mean really … why keep flying over only to be TPed back to your home location? But really I would love to share the wonderfully colorful vocab they shared with me … but wow I even blushed over some of it!! (ok not really but did I at least make you think I’m sweet and innocent?!)
New land means a new house … no more huge white mansion. Now its a sweet home from The Loft. My new addiction – The Loft’s furniture. I think I own about 80% of that store! Over the course of my posts you will see snaps of the house as I plan to use it as a backdrop.
Speaking of snaps, I haven’t been truly *that* busy with Flickr. I have a few builds planned for some super sensual shots and story lines. Currently writing the one story line. Hopefully the upcoming series of pics will compliment … and more series to follow.
Lately, I’ve been so utterly thankful to have two wonderfully fantastic friends by my side for so much of the muck in my slife. They are always with me (which I adore them for) … not a day goes by with out these two! A huge thanks to Oscar and Pheobe for always being so awesome!!

Fashionality is up and running in good health! Pheobe had done some adorable pics for the last couple of holidays. I tosssed up a few posts earlier this morning … as I was on a role with simple outfits. Keep an eye out for more great stuff from her … and well, me too. hehe

Pheobe Petrov is my nutty sidekick … or am I hers? She had this super cute idea for a post on Fashionality for Valentine’s Day. The above pic was the result … I took it admittedly blurred-eyed as it was late for me last nite. Not until I posted the snap in my Flickr, did she leave a comment “Ok, we look like we are twins joined at the head.haha”. After a good laugh, she’s right!!

Flickr Groups: SL Picture•Pile•Ups

Flickr has become a common place for many SL residents to showcase their snaps from around the grid (and some RL pics too). I find myself browsing tons of great pics, leaving comments here and then and of course marking some as “favorites”. I stumbled upon this group called “SL Picture•Pile•Ups“. As a group admin wrote to sum up the group: Submit a picture for others to edit by creating a new discussion thread, or grab someone else’s pic and have fun!
I left a pic in the forum allowing people to change it any way they see fit. Within a day, several people returned back with their ideas and tweaks to the original. I was completely floored with the outcome so far. The snap shown here is from Eyva Matova.
